Henrietta Johns is a textile designer and artist and craftsperson; an enthusiast of wool and the female form. In her second year of study at Central Saint Martins, she won the Stephen Walters & Sons A/W Menswear competition, where her winning design was incorporated into Stephen Walters' A/W18 menswear collection and exhibited at Premiere Vision Paris 2017. Following this, Henrietta collaborated with Turnbull & Asser to create a one-off jacket, hand made with her fabric designed for Stephen Walters. After graduating with a first class honours degree in Textile Design from Central Saint Martins in 2018, Henrietta was selected to be one of the 24 textile design graduates to be a part of TexSelect 2018. Subsequently she has exhibited her work in Chelsea, London at the TexSelect preview show and then at Premiere Vision Paris 2018. In October of 2018, she was announced as the winner of the Tengri Textile Innovation Award.
